Registration

To facilitate attendance and participation in the congress for all those interested, several registration options are offered:

In-person attendance: €75

  • Access to all sessions and excursions in person.
  • Transport by bus (between the different venues and during excursions).
  • Access to coffee breaks during the three days of the congress.
  • Proceedings book in digital format (the possibility of a physical edition is currently under consideration). Preliminary texts.
  • Conference bag with the conference logo, containing the necessary office material (folder, pen and notebook).
  • Certificate of attendance at the conference.

Online format: 35€

  • Access to the virtual room where all sessions will be streamed live (excluding excursions).
  • Possibility of participating in the question and answer sessions through the virtual room chat.
  • Proceedings book in digital format. Preliminary texts.
  • Certificate of attendance at the congress.

Poster author: 90€

  • Access to all sessions and excursions in person.
  • Transport by bus (between the different venues and during excursions).
  • Access to coffee breaks during the three days of the congress.
  • Proceedings book in digital format (the possibility of a physical edition is currently under consideration). Preliminary texts.
  • Conference bag with the conference logo, containing the necessary office material (folder, pen and notebook).
  • Printing and exhibition of the poster at the venues.
  • Publication and dissemination of the poster on the website, social networks and the proceedings book.
  • Certificate of attendance at the congress.
  • Certificate of participation in the congress.

In all cases, registration must be formalised before September 30, 2022. Places for attendance are limited, so the congress may prioritise and discard applications.

Instructions for registration

  • Make a bank transfer to the account ES25 2085 8166 0703 3048 2112 of the Banco Ibercaja, indicating in the concept the full name of the person registering and the modality; for example: John Smith Poster author. Save the receipt generated in PDF format.
  • Access the registration form via the following link and complete all the sections. It is important that you check the information entered, as this is the information that will appear on your certificate of attendance/participation. Once sent, you will receive an e-mail indicating that the registration has been successfully completed.
  • Send the payment receipt to the e-mail address congreso.albustan@gmail.com. The congress coordination will check the status of the payment and, only if there are any problems, we will contact you. Otherwise, your registration process is finished.
